If you need to remove a tracking template, you can do so in your Google Ads account, based on the level you originally installed it on (account, campaign, or ad level).

Removing the tracking template on the account level

1. In your Google Ads account, click the Admin icon 
2. Click Account settings
3. Click on Tracking
4. Remove the parameters from the Tracking template field or Final URL suffix
5. Click Save

Removing the tracking template on the campaign level

1. In your Google Ads account, click the Campaigns icon 
2. Click the Campaigns drop-down in the section menu
3. Click Campaigns
4. Click on the Edit settings icon when it appears next to the campaign name
5. Scroll down to Campaign URL options
6. Remove the parameters from the Tracking template field and move them to the Final URL suffix field by removing {lpurl}? part and then moving everything after that to the Final URL suffix.
7. Click Save
   

Removing the tracking template on the ad level

1. In your Google Ads account, click the Campaigns icon 
2. Click the Campaigns drop-down in the section menu
3. Click Ad groups
4. Click on the Edit settings icon when it appears next to the ad group name
5. Expand Ad Group URL options
6. Remove the parameters from the Tracking template field and move them to the Final URL suffix field by removing {lpurl}? part and then moving everything after that to the Final URL suffix.
7. Click Save
